Pinchar aquí 02 de marzo 2010 Hola, Como ya sabéis, Los Verdes de Alcaucín apoyan las iniciativas de SOHA. Queremos otro vez insistir en que Los Verdes no apoyan la construcción en parcelas rústicas, pero lo que no es de recibo es que ahorra quieren que pagan los inocentes, engañados hasta las cejas. Si la Junta, que ha tenido más de 10 años para frenar esta sangría del campo, quiere seguir con las demoliciones, deberá primero depurar responsabilidades civiles y penales, además de indemnizar en su totalidad a los nuevos propietarios ANTES de la demolición. SOHA convoca un marcha de protesta en Málaga y cuenta con nuestra colaboración. Para más información seguir aquí. 16 de febrero 2010 Hola, Este comunicado se refiere a las casas en situación irregular, y que se enfrentan a una orden de demolición. Como saben, muchas de estas construcciones nunca han tenido el visto bueno de Los Verdes, pero nuestras protestan cayeran en saco roto. Ahora, años más tarde, la Junta ha iniciado una ola de demoliciones, perjudicando a los propietarios que compraron estas casas de buena fe. Los Verdes, nos oponemos a estas demoliciones si no van acompañadas de las indemnizaciones correspondientes. El castigo tiene que recaer sobre los responsables políticos y en su caso los técnicos que han permitido estas infracciones urbanísticas. Por este motivo, Los Verdes de Alcaucín, apoyamos a SOHA. Pinchar aquí 13 de febrero 2010 Aviso Sevillana 16.02.2010 Sevillana ha comunicado que va realizar unos trabajos de mejoría que afectará al suministro de electricidad el Martes 16 de febrero de 2010 entre las 8.30 y las 13.15 de la mañana. El corte de suministro afectará a las siguientes zonas del municipio:
14 de enero 2010 Corte de luz generalizado viernes 15 de enero Nos ha llegado la noticia de que Sevillana cortará mañana la luz a casi la totalidad de nuestro pueblo para unos obras de gran envergadura. El corte se iniciaría sobre las 8 de la mañana y puede durar el día entero. No tenemos confirmación de la noticia, pero algunas parecen haber recibido la confirmación por parte del Ayuntamiento. Tomar esta noticia con prudencia, pero en todo caso, si se confirma, estáis avisados. Se vende igual como los años anteriores a 5€. Necesitamos vuestro apoyo, por que este pequeño gesto nos posibilita seguir editando le revista EL TIZNAO. Cada calendario nos deja 2.5€, si vendemos todos-que son 250- nos dejará unos 625€ en nuestral arcas. Esta claro que esto no es suficiente para cubrir todos los gastos de papel y imprenta, pero si es una gran ayuda. Es un regalo ideal para familia lejana. Cabe en un sobre y se envío por correo ordinario. ¿Que pueblo puede presumir de tener su propio calendario? Ayudanos y danos ánimo y una sonrisa cuando nos encontramos en la calle con los calendarios!!! Estaremos al lado de la oficina de correos, el miércoles,jueves y viernes de la semana próxima. Click here. 2nd March 2010 Hello, As you already know, the Greens of Alcaucín are supporting SOHA. We want to stress once more that the Greens of Alcaucín are against the construction of houses in rustic areas. However, we cannot accept that new innocent owners have to pay for the errors of others. The Junta of Andalucía has received complaints for more then 10 years now. If they want to continue with their demolitions, they will first have to accept civil and penal responsibilities. Furthermore, we demand that the Junta of Andalucia compensate, in full, the owners of those houses that they say must be demolished, BEFORE the demolitions! For this reason SOHA is organising a protest march in Málaga and has our complete support. Click on the following link for further information. More information. 16th February 2010 Hello, This communication refers to our support for SOHA. As you might already know, SOHA is working to stop the demolition orders of illegally built houses. When these constructions were started, we as Green Party of Alcaucín denounced those buildings for being in rustic area, but all of our complaints were archived. Now, years later, the Junta issued a large amount of demolition orders, affecting the innocent new owners. The Greens of Alcaucín can not tolerate that innocent people have to pay for the errors of politicians and technicians. Demolition is only acceptable if there is a full refund prior to the demolition. Therefore the Greens of Alcaucín are actively supporting SOHA. These works will affect the following areas of the Alcaucín municipality:
14th January 2010 Widespread outage Friday, 15 January We have just found out that there will be an extended power cut from 08:00 until 18:00 tomorrow, Friday 15th January. The reason, we understand, is for maintenance. Sorry for the late notice, but we've only just found out. Apparently notices have been handed out and our contact has had confirmation from the town hall. Don't forget, it's not only about the calendar, but mainly about supporting our work. We can already assure that we'll have a lot of work to do in the next weeks. You will receive more information in the next days, and we can already anticipate that the matter is very serious.
